 Why Radio training?
There are hundreds of radio stations in the UK. They offer an ideal opportunity for your organization or business to get their key messages out to the listening public. So many radio stations mean lots of different formats and approaches. Wychwood will help you navigate this potential minefield with 1 to 1 training sessions designed to ensure you are fully prepared for any radio based media relations work you are required to do. Some radio stations will be looking for snappy 10 second sound bites, other for a full blown 10 minute interview. We’ll coach you in both and will provide a last minute helpline number should you require support before going into the studio. Wychwood will also help you understand the needs and objectives of radio journalists and will brief you fully on the varying types of interviews and situations that you might encounter. Our 1 to 1 practical sessions are winners with client feedback proving that they are not only useful but vital if you’re going to get the most out of any radio interview situation. Radio stations needs good guests and compelling interviews – Wychwood’s radio modules will ensure you can achieve both.

 Why TV training?
TV interviews follow the same principles as radio and press interviews with a few obvious exceptions - the big one being that you will be visible to your audience! Our media training course will guide you through what to do, and what not to do, when on camera. Above all it will give you the confidence to take part in both live and recorded TV interviews. The course is made up of a series of practical sessions that will demonstrate how to get the most from this medium, with constant feedback from both our experienced TV trainer and a top cameraman. At the end of the session, you will feel confident to, literally, face the press.
